01What We Do

Five practices, one team.

Most companies buy strategy from one firm, engineering from another, and an executive or a trainer from a third. We do all of it, so the plan is scoped by the people who will have to build it.

Strategic Consulting

We work with owners and executives on the decisions that set the next two years: which market to enter, what to charge, and which part of the business to systematize first.

You leave with a sequenced plan — owners, milestones, and the two or three numbers that prove it is working — not a slide deck.

Custom Software

We build what the plan requires: an MVP to prove the idea, client portals, internal admin tools, mobile apps, and full platforms, on a stack your team can still maintain in three years.

Scope, architecture, and code come from the same people, so nothing gets lost in a handoff between the strategists and the builders.

Automation & AI

We take the manual work between your systems — rekeying, chasing, reporting — and turn it into infrastructure that runs whether or not anyone remembers to run it.

Most of it lands inside the tools you already pay for, so adoption is a habit change of about a week.

Fractional Leadership

Some companies need a senior operator more than they need a project. We take the seat for one to three days a week, sit in your leadership meeting, and carry the number with your team rather than reporting on it from outside.

Because the same people run the strategy and the build, the executive you bring in can scope the system, ship it, and read the dashboard afterward. Engagements run monthly with a defined scope and a stated exit — usually into the full-time hire we help you interview.

Sales & AI Training

We run two training programs and most teams take both: sales training led by operators who have carried a quota, and AI training led by the engineer who builds these systems for a living.

Sessions are live and small, and nothing is hypothetical — a rep works a stalled opportunity from their own pipeline, an ops manager automates their own Monday report. Every program ends with a written playbook and prompts the team keeps using after the last session.

Most consultants hand you a deck. We hand you working software and a plan you can measure.

No handoff

The same people who run the strategy sessions write the code. That keeps both halves honest: we do not recommend what we cannot build, and we do not build what the business has not decided it needs. You leave with systems your team uses on Monday, a short list of numbers that tell you whether they are working, and the same people on the phone the week after launch.

02Client Testimonials

The work, in their words.

Three businesses running on what we built: a student storage operator, a moving and junk removal company, and a consumer app.

Bracey Skyway built 4.0 Storage a brand-new website, an internal admin portal, and the email and marketing automation that runs our day-to-day operations. They pulled our financials and processes into one clear view, then rebuilt the whole thing to scale — we're now expanding without the operational drag we used to feel.
Jared Evenden4.0 STORAGE — STUDENT STORAGE, ROCHESTER & BUFFALO, NY
Bracey Skyway took the manual work slowing WNY Moving down and turned it into automated infrastructure. They broke our business down into clear processes and rebuilt them with scale in mind. We're moving faster, with fewer mistakes, and finally have real headroom to grow.
Noah KunzmanWNY MOVING — MOVING & JUNK REMOVAL, WESTERN NEW YORK
Bracey Skyway Partners brought our vision for Wingman to life with exceptional technical expertise and attention to detail. The app exceeded our expectations, and I would work with them again without hesitation.

Training

Two programs. One format. Your team’s own work.

Live sales training led by operators who have carried a number, and hands-on AI training led by the engineer who builds these systems for clients — 5 live 90-minute sessions, $3,000 flat for the team. Most teams take both.

03How We Work

From map to launch.

Every engagement runs these four steps, in this order. Nothing is a surprise at the end, because you have had your hands on it since the first month.

  1. 01

    Discover & Map

We sit with your team and map how work actually moves today — every handoff, spreadsheet, and workaround — then agree on what is worth changing first.

  2. 02

    Design & Architect

We design the workflow and the system behind it — data model, integrations, and the screens people will use — and review it with you before a line of code is written.

  3. 03

    Build & Integrate

We build in two-week increments against your live systems, so your team is using working software long before the launch date.

  4. 04

    Launch & Iterate

We launch with training, monitoring, and a short list of what comes next, then keep tuning against how the system is actually used.

Common Questions

Answers before the first call.

The questions that come up in almost every first conversation, answered by the people who would do the work.

We do two things that usually live at different firms: we advise on strategy — growth planning, go-to-market, digital transformation, AI adoption — and then we build the software and automation that carry it out. A typical engagement starts by mapping how your business runs today and ends with systems your team uses every day. When a company needs the operator rather than the project, the same partners take a fractional executive seat and run the sales and AI training that goes with it. The people who write the plan are the people who write the code.

Let’s put a plan — and a build — behind your next move.

Tell us what’s slowing the business down, and we’ll tell you what we would build first and what it would take.
